Order
Customers need to be inform us their orders placed for goods that are meant to be exported. For example, when under production or already produced your company’s goods you have to inform us timely so we can arrange proper packing of cargo for export also we arrange local transportation up to port.
Production
During production customer must be follow international rules and laws is compulsory to avoid complication and losses. Example : Made in India is compulsory to print on boxes and cartons as well some time on products too.
Pallet Packing
Various pallet packing standards follows in different countries so need to be packed goods as per standard of particular destination country. Example : Europe countries only accept Euro standard pallets.
Container Booking
In any kind of shipment either LCL or FCL container booking must be done on time because may be possibility to not get in chance in desired vessel may result in loss of customer and money.
Stuffing
Stuffing can be executed in two ways, One get empty container at customers premises and can stuff and sealed there , other way is send cargo to port/ICD's CFS and can stuff in container.
Documents
Air waybill, sea way bill, bill of lading, or truck bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, insurance certificate, or other documents required to clear customs and take delivery of the goods.
Documents Verification
Begin the Validation of documents which is send to the buyer.
Documents Submission
When the Documents verification completed then the company has submit to the bank or buyer.
Container Release
Order to release containers, and giving permission for them to be picked up by or on behalf of a specified party.
Departure at Destination Port
Completion of above all the steps then the container is directly send to the shipping port and then custom validate the container and then the container will send to the Destination Port.
